Barton Peveril College Supports Sensory Room Fundraiser

On the 12th October, Barton Peveril Sixth Form College’s catering team prepared a delicious three-course meal for the “Murder on the Disoriented Express” fundraising event at the Pavilion on the Park. The event, organised to support the Eastleigh Youth & Community Trust’s Sensory Room upgrade project, saw guests enjoying a menu specially crafted by the college and served by student and staff volunteers.

The evening featured a performance by the theatre group ‘MurderedforMoney’, who brought the glamorous 1930s setting to life with their immersive murder mystery experience. Guests were transported back in time as they enjoyed the delicious food, impressive atmosphere and intriguing plot, all in support of a worthy cause.

Joe Grassick, Head Chef at Barton Peveril Sixth Form College said:

We were honoured to contribute to such an important cause. The Eastleigh Youth & Community Trust provides vital services to our community, and we’re happy to support their efforts in any way we can.”

The event was a resounding success, raising vital funds for the Sensory Room upgrade project. Barton Peveril Sixth Form College is proud to have played a part in supporting this important community initiative.
