Barton Peveril Sixth Form College student Nat Beverley-Smith has secured a summer internship as a Video Editor with Unifrog, a national firm that enables students across the country to achieve their post-College goals.
Beverley-Smith secured the sought-after role following a rigorous interview process with the London-based company. After hearing about the role through his teachers at Barton Peveril, Beverley-Smith submitted a written application and a portfolio of his work. The student then had to demonstrate his skills in a live demonstration, before taking part in a final, formal interview with Unifrog.
This achievement is the next step in the aspiring filmmaker’s bid to earn an apprenticeship in the film and television industry. Earlier in the academic year, Beverley-Smith announced the production and release of his own short-series The Butler’s Entropy, which is due to be released by the College later next year.
In his role with Unifrog, Nat Beverley-Smith will be production video content that will be seen by students nationwide as they decide on their next steps after finishing their A Levels.
