Barton Peveril’s Cameron Jacobs was among only two young individuals selected to be presented to HRH Prince Edward at Buckingham Palace in May.
Cameron’s extraordinary achievements include his recent feat in April, when he ran the London Marathon barefoot, raising over £7,500 for Orchestras for All (OFA). At just 18 years old, Cameron, who has ADHD, Autism, and Tourette’s, also achieved a Guinness World Record for the Youngest Barefoot Marathon. During the meeting at Buckingham Palace, Cameron shared his story with Prince Edward, showing him his London Marathon medal and providing details of this remarkable world record.
