Emily Ralph

Which school did you go to?
Barton Peveril College
What subjects do you study?
UAL Level 4 Foundation Diploma in Art & Design (FAD)
What do you think you have gained from your studies?
“I feel the most valuable thing I’ve gained from FAD is not only all the new creative skills I’ve learned but also time management. What I enjoy most about FAD is the ability to learn new skills at any time and the studio space. The technicians are always around to help you if you need assistance with anything and the studio space allows you to make the most of what you have to get creative i.e. using the walls to organise work or for inspiration images. “
What do you think of the campus, buildings and facilities offered at the College?
“The facilities at Barton allowed me to gain some very valuable skills, as well as the lovely teachers. Furthermore, the health and well-being team have been a great help to me and because of their support I was able to find a good balance with my studies at times of stress. “
What do you particularly enjoy about being a student at Barton Peveril?
“What I particularly enjoy about Barton Peveril is the atmosphere and the support. Throughout my time on FAD, I have felt comfortable to ask any questions when I’m stuck and I have really enjoyed gaining independence and lots of new skills alongside the new friends I have made on the course.“
